Grief Workshop
This is a 7 week one on one program that creates a safe, caring supportive environment to work through your loss. I utilize
"The Grief Recovery Method" to assist in moving you forward.
I create a safe environment for you to discover and complete the emotional pain you have been carrying surrounding a loss in your
life. I will be your “heart with ears” to listen and support you throughout the Grief Recovery Method, without any judgments, criticisms, or comparing losses.
Insurance accepted or self-pay fees $800. Payment arrangements are available.

Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are a personal opportunity to receive support
and experience growth during challenging times in life. TGPC can
help one deal with many personal life stressors such as anger, depression, anxiety, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, etc. We offer services
in-person and virtually.
Insurance accepted or self-pay fees $120
Couples Sessions
Couples therapy isn’t just individual therapy on double duty. Couples attend therapy initially for a variety of reasons; however, the end goal is a successful relationship. Couples therapy can provide a greater understanding of each other's needs, introduce love languages, effective communication, fair arguments, all with the purpose
of seeking to create a life designed for two.
Insurance accepted or self-pay fees $160
College Students
College students, we have something special for you, lets make this upcoming school year ever. TGPC offers 30-minute sessions at the rate of $30. We can tackle anxiety, depression, grief, making friends, time management etc. seeking the tools to encourage your success is proactive and necessary.
Telehealth sessions and self-pay only. Must be a current student
at a college/trade school w/ corresponding email to take advantage of this offer.
